'Making faces in the Mirror'.
Now, you can also make faces away from a mirror, just to relievetension from your face, but this process is an old one that has its roots as far back as many centuries ago in Tibet.
And you can get other results being in front of a mirror...

It will help YOU 'get even' with situations and people (!), liberate your mind and detach from a feeling of being 'stuck'. You might end up not recognising yourself! (But don't worry, 'you' soon come back.
This can be a profound meditation process too.

Have fun doing it!
