Self Massage is very easy to learn and access.

 Also, readers in India wrote to me a few weeks ago looking for assistance to help people visiting their social centre. Organising short massage sessions might be one of the ways to provide a sense of well-being that helps towards release from drug addiction.

I have just had a go - it's great! I have actually massaged the area of the solar plexus itself...very effective too.  If you want to try it, massage in small anti-clockwise circles looking down towards the solar plexus, - the area that is in the middle between the lower ribs. It's sensitive there, so be easy!
