Hmm, does that sound equivocal? Well, not really, as stress can be temporarily put aside when our attention needs to be focused.
Tricks and tips and ongoing stress relief management techniques are well worth learning too - and this news is that!
Learning to distinguish and identify our needs from our desires is a primary questioning in some teachings.
Learning to progressively relax our muscles is a very conventional but efficient way reduce stress in our daily life.
And I have some good advice for stress-busting.
