Hello,
With great pleasure I am giving you this news today!
I enjoy doing every single one of these methods.
Master Ni here urging us to relax every day, is the successor to Hua Ching Ni, a great Taoist Master.
Clenching the fist is such an easy way to handle pain, stress and temptation. Add deep breathing and take on board!
Mindfulness seems to me, a basic - and perhaps not so easy - meditation technique, just
because it helps us go beyond our robotic mind, which is the first goal of meditation.
And the Core Energy guided meditation helps clear blocks within that otherwise take all of our attention, leaving no space for well-being.
So, let's get to these really exciting practices!

Can Mindfulness Help Manage Illness and Mental Illness?

Elizabeth Landau,
CNN - November 16, 2010
"I felt like the physical pain that I deal with every day was an enemy I had to fight," says Reed, 45, of Seattle, Washington.
But eventually, says Reed, a therapy technique that incorporates mindfulness helped him deal
with this pain and the flashbacks he got from various army training situations. Mindfulness as a
concept comes from Buddhism and is key to meditation in that tradition.

This Core Energy Meditation has my full recommendation.
It uses the principles of clearing body/mind/emotions to reactivate the proper functioning of our main body centers, helping us re-establish harmony.
