 This is becoming popular even among young girls. I do think women should undertake some form of martial art! 

'A new concept in stress management sport returns to Galway this month in the form of White Collar Boxing.
White Collar Boxing is boxing for lay people, who, after an eight week training programme, are then ready to face an opponent in the ring.
According to Pete Foley of the Black Dragon Gym, the philosophy of White Collar Boxing is that in order to
get the full benefits of boxing, the training should reflect that of a professional fighter.'
