Hello,

This time, as most 'old' readers will know, I am putting forward one of my favorite topics related to stress relief and stress management:

Exercise to relieve Stress.
Just because it really works!

And although it might not solve your debt problems, it can  give you enough energy to face and handle them in a positive frame of mind.
I find, these days, one needs a lot of energy to handle our ever-changing circumstances, so these bi-weekly tips are very useful.

And I don't want to sound 'matronizing', but just reading about these won't necessarily do it for you, you need to act on them!

Fairly Recent Update:
The NHS puts forward time and again, that exercise relieves stress. I personally make a point of walking 40 minutes every day, having done my Tai Chi and Self-Massage first thing in the morning.

'Exercise is a great way to relax. Research shows that physical activity can help to reduce stress by improving your overall mood.'
(I would also add: ...and by helping to keep your weight down!)
