Well, I don't need to lose weight so I won't try The Fat Burning Furnace.
All I can say is that everyone is talking about it.

I know that to get things off my chest helps me get unstressed!

I did get the Zone Therapy program for facial reflexology that I recommended recently, to un-stress and look years younger. I will start when I get a few minutes....
